EASYSTICK
The new dimension in assembly
EASYSTICK is an automated, computer-aided ruler system, which can be retrofitted to the MINIPRESS P and MINIPRESS PRO processing machines if needed.
EASYSTICK determines the drilling positions digitally, stops move automatically to the right position and LEDs indicate the right drilling position. This makes the work process extremely simple: position workpiece, drill holes, done!
EASYSTICK registration
Register and you'll receive regular updates on new EASYSTICK features and product data. If you use a Blum WLAN stick, you can register directly on the EASYSTICK computer or online.
Easy front assembly
Choose a box system, determine the drawer side height, select the motion technology and enter the front overlay – EASYSTICK will automatically calculate all the drilling positions for you. The same applies to hinges, lift systems and dowels. You can see how to fit the drilling head on the screen.
Easy cabinet assembly
Enter the cabinet dimensions and front heights, select the application and corresponding fittings. The system calculates all the drilling positions needed for cabinet assembly. Then you just work through the steps – error-free and with short set-up times.
Easy data transfer
With EASYSTICK, planning and assembly go digital: you can plan cabinets directly on the machine or transfer your data from the Blum Cabinet Configurator to the EASYSTICK computer via USB stick or WLAN. You can call up the imported manufacturing data directly with a barcode scanner and then process it.
Easy to update
EASYSTICK has an update feature which makes new product data and fittings solutions available right away. Your planning results can be transferred directly to EASYSTICK using a USB stick or WLAN.
CAD2BXF interface
For a seamless work process, transfer the planning data directly to MINIPRESS top with EASYSTICK from your CAD planning software via the CAD2BXF interface.
