BVN honors warranties through authorized partners and distributors. If you encounter issues with purchased goods, please follow these suggested steps: A

A. Contact the BVN distributor or furniture supplier:
Please contact your BVN distributor or furniture provider to start the warranty process. They will get in touch with BVN to replace the product.

B. Contact Blum if you can't reach your place of purchase:
If you cannot reach your distributor or provider, please contact Blum Vietnam directly in one of the following ways

C. Provide Information:
Additionally, please prepare the following information to help BVN address your issue efficiently:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or short videos of the technical problem
  • Purchase and/or installation date
  • Name and contact information of the place of purchase, installation company, or installer
  • Photos of relevant purchase documents

BVN will process your request based on the provided information and will get back to you within two working days with the suitable solution.
You can have a look at the basic process between Blum and your place of purchase (Blum's official partner) as follows:

1. Product inspection

  • If the issue cannot be determined based on the provided information, a BVN technician will arrange an on-site inspection for the customer.
  • Within approximately 20 km from Blum’s offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, a BVN technician will inspect the product with the installer to identify the technical issue.
  • Beyond this range, the installer will send the product to BVN’s headquarters for warranty confirmation, or a trained technician from BVN's authorized dealers will inspect and report to BVN.

2. Warranty service

  • If BVN accepts the warranty request, the product will be repaired or replaced with a new product.
  • For replacements, BVN will provide a new product after receiving the defective one.
  • BVN will cover the shipping costs for the replacement (note: BVN’s warranty does not cover installation and any labor costs related to repair and reinstallation of the warranted product).
